At Microsoft, marketers work with execution teams to deliver campaigns and activities such as email marketing, paid media and conversion pages. However the briefing process is often complex and time-consuming because there is no consistent process being followed by all teams, or alignment on what briefing information needs to be provided and how.

The commercial marketing team at Microsoft used standalone microsites and webpages for product and service campaigns which created fragmented user journeys and limited the opportunity for cross-promotion and content discovery.

In 2019 the Microsoft skilling team decided to launch a new type of training initiative for potential customers to educate them about Microsoft technologies. They engaged me to do user research, provide UX recommendations and create the digital destination for the event.

Belsou Homeware was an e-commerce startup specialising in useful and sustainable homewares. We developed unique homeware products and sold existing homeware goods under our private label using Amazon as the distribution channel.
